Our relationship with present-day reality and the figure of the refugee, spatial experience and perception of the deflection of vision – these are the fundamental requisites of the painting of Robert Bosisio. Dedicated to comprehension of the human body and space through painting, his works are characterised by an almost atmospheric depth, which give them a vibrant aura. With his paintings, Bosisio is inviting us to watch on mindfully as he works with form, blurring and fading, based on the distance that separates us and them.
