Alessandro Artini
Alessandro Artini (born in Tione di Trento, Italy, in 2000) lives and works in Venice. In 2025 he graduated with honours in Painting from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Venezia, where he developed his practice within Atelier F under the guidance of Carlo Di Raco.
His painterly research examines the ways in which elements within a given environment enter into relation with one another: artificial forms, traces of human presence, and architectural references intersect with landscapes and natural components, at times asserting themselves, at others establishing a more subtle and reciprocal dialogue. Central to his work are the relationship between humanity and environment, the contradictions generated by human intervention, and the transformations these produce within the space of the landscape.
Since 2021, Artini has consistently participated in exhibitions dedicated to emerging contemporary Italian painting, including Extra Ordinario II at Antares, Magazzini del Sale, Venice, and the 11th edition of the Combat Prize in Livorno. In 2022 he took part in Extra Ordinario III and in the 12th edition of the Combat Prize at Villa Mimbelli.
In 2023 he presented the solo exhibition Schneewalzer at Galleria Doris Ghetta, following an artist residency in Val Gardena. In the same year, his work was included in Antares, Extra Ordinario IV, Liberi tutti at Galleria d’Arte Marignana, and in the 13th edition of the Combat Prize.
In 2025 he presented the solo exhibition It’s Cold Outside at Galleria Doris Ghetta, while his work was featured in Pittura XXI, curated by Davide Ferri within Arte Fiera. In the same year, his paintings were also included in the group exhibition Fioca at Castello di Belgioioso and in New Art Frontiers at Altro Mondo Creative Space.
