Within the frame of the 100th anniversary in commemoration to the First World War, the townships of Selva, St.Cristina, Ortisei as well as the ladin fractions of Castelrotto have initiated an artistic contest baed on the theme "Val Gardena and the Great War".
It is with great pleasure, that the municipality of S.Cristina Val Gardena invites you to come around and visit Arnold Holzknecht's winning sculpture on the walkway amongst the House Mezdí.
